Congrats Forrest on the tie! This one certainly got my vote. Great thought-to-final like always. Love that you used yourself here. The only thing I thought of that would top off this photo beyond what great execution you already did is having a subtle fork pattern in the tablecloth.

This was my overall favourite. Great idea and well executed. Nice background by the way

Congratulations Forrest!

Thanks so much! I'm a pretty ugly guy, so at 11mm and with Jill Greenburg lighting, I figured I'll make myself look as ugly as humanly possible. I triggered the shutter with my toe on a Pocket Wizard in relay mode. Martin's right—it's the same backdrop he has because I just copied his order. I didn't want a yellow shirt with yellow spaghetti, but that's the only shirt I was willing to sacrifice.

Great shot. I knew this was a winner immediately. Well executed all around.
