Wide Perspecrive
Two boats, that my company I work for designed, at the Monaco Yacht Show last year, either side of the port, gave an interesting perspective of scale and size. This was an attempt to create a "Tilt Shift Lens" image. this was first a hand-held pano of about 10 frames in the portrait format. I Spliced them in Photoshop then crated two layers with different amounts of blur applying a mask to keep the boats in focus. Do you think one can get by without spending the big bucks, on a bit of TS glass, to get a similar affect

It enhances the "size priority" nicely. Either that, or you build nice miniatures.

Yes, it really does look like a bunch of miniatures in a diarama - sweet!

I like the sense of scale and all the intricate detail!

It works for me. The definately pop against the others. I think you can get by without the TS as long as you like spending the time in PS
