Vintage & Books
Final teaser for this senior who loves vintage objects and reading old books. Was nice to find a wheat field with permission to shoot in that was not harvested yet.

I like the different and surreal look of the wheat field. It has character.

The orignal sketch was to have a side table, lamp and a couple books, and the radio. But I broke both lamps getting to this location and just went a litte more simple with the setup. It was getting dark at this point, which the 1.3sec exposure at ISO400 at f/4 eludes to. Two studio strobes are in this scene. One behind the radio to make it look like it is on, the second was above and beside her to provide a little fill on that side.

Super fun image Landon. I really like the contrast of the furniture and the wheat field and the sky is the finishing touch!

A refreshing senior portrait! I very much like the setup, props, and inclusion of negative space (uhhh, sky) above

Whoa. This is a great photo! Nice color in the sky.
